Your item must be shipped back securely to our facility or brought back to one of our retail stores. Any items that are requested to be shipped back and are not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

- Please be aware that you confirm the order.If you need to cancel the order please contact us immediately before the shipping.No fee will be charged in that case.
- But if you need to cancel the order after the item was shipped out,there will be 30% fee charged in your order as the re-store cost including the shipping fee.

- When you receive the item,please check whether the item is damage and working properly or not.

- After diagnosing,if the problem cannot be fixed.We will inform you to return the item back to our local warehouse in 3 working day.
- The money will be processed to your account in 5-7 natural working days once we receive back the item.
